Our Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM PT (12:00 PM CST, 1:00 PM EST) to 12:00PM PT. The deadline to register was Monday, June 19 at 11:59 PM PST.
This year’s Annual Meeting will include a vote by the general membership for Board of Governor (BOG) members and officers (VP), and for the 2023-24 Nominating Committee. To ensure the smoothest possible experience, we require anyone attending to register using the form on this page. Voting will only be allowed by those who have registered.
