LLLC Cooking Club: Fried Chicken and Mac and Cheese
Fried Chicken and Macaroni and Cheese are Southern Cooking staples. Chef Connie Davidson ’73 will use the Classic Traditional High on the Hog Welcome Table recipe for the chicken and her French-influenced Mac and Cheese. As nothing goes to waste, we will have Bread Pudding for dessert!
The Menu: Fried Chicken, Macaroni and Cheese, and Bread pudding. Cost: $30
